Basically this policy is a broader coverage policy which covers you for all most every type of event that can occur apart from your general exclusions which are also noted at the back of the policy. 

This is a superior coverage compared to a listed events / Defined Events policy.

This type of Landlord Insurance policy will cover you for all of your major events such as storm and tempest, fire, impact damages, earthquake, burglary and many more as outlined in the attached PDS. The listed events are noted at the front of the PDS booklet.
